If you discover damages on the parcel, please report it at once to the post-office or the transporter and do a notification of damage. Never retrieve a damaged parcel.

If you don't discover the damage before you have opened the parcel and the damage can't be blamed on the post-office or the transporters management of it, you should do a notification of damage.

If you discover something incorrect or if you have received wrong product then make sure that you always contact us before you send anything in return. Therefore, always check you ordered items and make sure everything is in order immediately when you recieve the parcel. You should return it to us within 10 days from the day you received the parcel.

If we have done anything wrong we will of course compensate you for you expenses.

The items you send in return should be unused and in the original package. When we have recived the item and made sure it isn't damaged, we will refund you for your expenses You can return the item within 14 days (if the item remains in the unopened original package) after you have received the items. You will have to pay for the return yourself.

We only accept returns of personal care items, pre-recorded music and video casettes if a manufacturing fault is discovered or a mistake has been made by one of our shop-assistans. Don't forget to attach the invoice/receipt.

For refund, make sure you mention your postal giro-, bank giro service- or bank account-number.
